When the clock strikes midnight on Dec. 31, 2019, enjoy a sparkling start to the New Year in the Napa Valley. Here is where to celebrate in Napa Valley:

Archer Hotel  in downtown Napa kicks off the New Year at Charlie Palmer Steak and Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar with the choice of either general admission or a VIP package. Ring in the New Year with a decadent fête spanning three floors with live music, casino games, a raffle, photo booth, expansive food stations, passed hors d’oeuvres, full standard bar and flowing champagne, with extra perks if you splurge for VIP.

Blue Note Napa  welcomes Kenny G for a New Year’s celebration. Sit down to dinner and wine in an intimate, up close and personal evening with one of the most iconic and best-selling instrumental musicians of all time.

Carneros Resort and Spa  kicks off the New Year with their “Bubbles & Bow Ties” celebration. Featuring live music, a DJ, an open bar, caviar bumps, late-night bites and endless bubbles, including mini champagne towers and large format bottles, guests can dance their way into the New Year as the clock counts down to a champagne toast at midnight.

Ring in the New Year with Castello di Amorosa’s  Masquerade Ball. Eat, drink, and dance the night away while saying farewell to 2019 and welcoming 2020. Enjoy a red-carpet reception followed by a three-course meal in the Grand Barrel Room, dancing to live music in the Great Hall, and a sparkling wine toast at the stroke of midnight. The evening includes complimentary shuttles to Calistoga hotels.

Goose & Gander  in St. Helena welcomes all flappers and dappers for their annual New Year’s Eve Speakeasy Dec. 31, 2019, with cocktails and ragtime music provided by Jim Maihak. There are two dinner seatings; 6pm and 9pm, with dancing with DJ Rotten Robbie at the after-party.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve Napa Valley-style at The Meritage Resort and Spa  to welcome in 2020. The resort offers a multiple of options for dinner, including dinners in the Estate Cave with Trinitas Cellars, a wine country-inspired buffet, and celebration in the Carneros Ballroom and dinner at Siena restaurant. The after-party continues with live music in the Meritage Ballroom.

The Westin Verasa  presents its annual New Year’s Eve Dinner and Black & White Affair party. The event will begin with a Champagne reception and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a six-course dinner with pairings at La Toque. The Black & White party will take place in the lobby of BANK Café and Bar. Dress to impress in your best black & white attire.

On Jan. 1, 2020, load up on luck for the new year with some Hoppin’ John at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch’s  New Year’s Day brunch. Guests can also indulge in LMR classics including LMR grass-fed beef and smoked pork hash with onions, Brussels sprouts, crispy potatoes and sunny side up egg; a 12-hour pulled pork sandwich with a farm egg and potato salad; Biscuits and “life everlasting” sausage gravy with a farm egg; and Farmstead benedict with 62 degree eggs, smoked pork, LMR hot sauce hollandaise and crispy potatoes.

Solage  offers a Disco Hangover Brunch on New Year’s Day. Fuel up with Chef Gustavo’s signature brunch items, bottomless mimosas, and a Jardesca Bar and dance your way into the New Year. 10am – 2pm.

Ring in the New Year with Yountville’s annual New Year’s Day 5k or 10k run on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2020. The Napa Valley Resolution Run begins at the Community Center and meanders through the town of Yountville along a portion of the Vine Trail, finally looping through the historic California Veterans Home in the western hills of the valley. Open to all ages and running abilities, proceeds from the Napa Valley Resolution Run benefit the Napa Valley Vine Trail.
