An already low inventory and a strong demand for housing, continue to drive home sales in Napa Valley.  Napa County home prices reached a 10-year high in 2017, according to a new report compiled by Bay Area Real Estate Information Services, Inc.  There is not a large enough inventory for buyers to purchase right now, so sellers definitely have the advantage over buyers.
