As we enter our 10th year of being the local choice for real estate in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties, we want to share with you who we are, and more more importantly why we are different. Why we love what we do, and how we remain passionate about this industry and our role in it.
Bill Facendini and Heidi Rickerd-Rizzo launched the company in 2010 after long, successful real estate careers and years in leadership. They loved the industry, but didn’t love the direction it was taking. They had a different vision.
We are a locally-owned company with global reach, yet on the ground in every community we serve. We created a business model that, by its very formula, creates a culture of collaboration.
Because no one agent can know everything.
Together we are stronger. Buying and selling real estate is, and always will be a big decision, made up of a 1,000 little ones, all equally important. We would like to be by your side.
