We were just incredibly pleased with all aspects of her service. We felt like we were always kept in the loop, but not “harassed”, and she made the entire process convenient and easy. We just clicked. Ellen was informal but professional and knowledgeable. She was clear about what SHE would do, and what OUR options were to improve the presentation of Mom’s home. Ellen also handled a lot of little details which could have been left to us to deal with, and as someone who lives out of Napa, that really made the process so much easier. Honestly not sure how things could have been improved!
